MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Every Savithri Jersey is created through a made-to-order process to maintain precision, consistency, and the exclusivity of Drop 01.

Production begins once the first batch of 10 orders is placed.
From that point, crafting your jersey and shipping the batch to our studio in Auckland takes 2–3 weeks.

Once the batch arrives, we dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours.

You’ll receive email updates at every stage:

* Production started
* Batch shipped to our studio
* Your jersey is being packed
* Order dispatched
* Out for delivery

This drop is limited to 47 pieces only every jersey is made specifically for the person who orders it.

At MAJALI, every piece is created with intention and produced in limited quantities.
To maintain the quality and integrity of our releases, our returns and refund policies are outlined clearly below.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR DROP 01

Drop 01 is made to order.
Each Savithri Jersey is produced in the size selected at checkout.
Because of this process, size exchanges are not available for this drop.

REFUND POLICY

At MAJALI, every product is crafted with intention and attention to detail.
Because our releases are limited and produced in small batches, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or buyer error.

Refunds are only approved if:
• the item arrives damaged
• an incorrect item is delivered
• a clear manufacturing defect is verified

 within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help you quickly.

All refund decisions are made at the discretion of the MAJALI team.

RETURN POLICY

MAJALI does not accept returns for any reason other than receiving a defective or incorrect item.
Because our drops are limited, items cannot be returned once delivered.
Please check size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are only possible if:
• the item received is damaged or incorrect, and
• stock is available in the requested size

For general drops, size exchanges depend on remaining stock.
For Drop 01, size exchanges are not available due to the made-to-order nature of the release.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.

Processing Time
Orders typically dispatch within 2–4 business days, except during pre-order or made-to-order drops.

Production Time (Made-to-Order Items)
Made-to-order products require 7–14 business days for production before shipping begins.

Shipping Times
• New Zealand: 2–5 business days
• Australia: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Shipping time begins after production is complete for made-to-order items.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
MAJALI is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Policy

Certain MAJALI products are marked as pre-order or made to order.
When purchasing these items, please note:

• production takes 7–14 business days
• orders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded
• size selections cannot be altered after checkout
• delivery time begins after production is complete

All made-to-order purchases are final.
